What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and meets our hygiene requirements.
What does “unopened” mean?
Each Cheez product is sealed with a clear plastic protective film over the box for sanitation purposes. If this plastic film has been removed, torn, punctured, or tampered with in any way, the product is considered opened and is not eligible for return or refund.
Why can’t opened products be returned?
Because Cheez products are oral care items intended for children, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Once the protective seal is broken, we cannot resell the product.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
